Are You Doing Dental Business CE Wrong?
Does this sound familiar?
You've taken your share of practice management, marketing, and case acceptance CE... but your practice still isn't where you wish it was
You're overwhelmed by all the courses out there that look fantastic and have amazing reputations... so you bounce around from one guru to another.
You struggle to keep your eyes open for yet another "Powerpoint Parade".... same old speakers, same old topics, same old content.
If you're anything like us, you reach a point in your career where you realize that building your dream practice isn't as easy as just taking a course or 2. There are no magic bullets out there. There are no secrets that one guru knows that nobody else does.
Eventually you figure out that it's not lack of knowledge holding you back. No - the REALLY hard parts about running a dental practice (and the skills that nobody seems to be teaching!) are these:
Knowing exactly WHAT to do and WHEN.
Identifying what matters RIGHT NOW, and what doesn't.
Recognizing your own blindspots, biases, and bottlenecks.
In other words, it's not that hard to figure out how to get more patients, increase case acceptance, hire better staff, work more efficiently, etc. Well... these problems aren't EASY EASY to fix. But these are the same problems that virtually every dental practice has faced for the last 50+ years. You don't need to reinvent the wheel. Some really smart people who came before us have already tackled these problems. You just have to copy their answers.
The missing piece of the puzzle is learning to ask better questions:
Is the problem in front of me the REAL problem... Or am I missing another bottleneck because I'm too close to the problem?
What's the most important thing I should be working on right now... And what's a waste of time?
How do I apply the psychological principles of persuasion and 80/20 to do more with less energy?
Practice On Fire 2022 is Back as a WORKSHOP Style Event
The best way to learn is by doing.
We've selected 2 doctors who have bravely volunteered to have their practices dissected in front of the group.
One of these practices is a solo doctor who wants to become a "superproducer". Successfully pulling this off requires the right mix of training, marketing and intentionality. We’ll peel back the layers and help everyone leave with their own plan of action.
The other is another solo doctor who has their eye on expanding with associates or even additional locations. We’ll hear from Practice On Fire members who have added flexibility to their lives by growing their practice to the point where their own labor is optional. Some have built their own referral base for specialty procedures by having a larger practice with partners and associates, allowing them to be super productive with their time while also earning passive income from the larger business.
For each of these practices, our Practice On Fire panel will:
Dig deep into these practices in order to identify the REAL problems strangling their growth
Shine a light on the doctors' blindspots, biases, and bottlenecks
Open their eyes to new solutions they never knew existed, or that they thought were "impossible"
Create a custom action plan to take home and finally conquer their demons
As an attendee, you are welcome to either sit back and watch, participate with your own feedback and expertise, or bring your own practice problems to troubleshoot with our panel.
***Since this is a workshop style event, attendance is very limited. This event is NOT being advertised publicly.
